Our website currently accepts orders shipping to Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact our team. We will assist you with your purchases and provide a shipping estimate.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Requirements for Returns:

  • Obtain a return authorization: Contact customer service in order to get the return authorization.
  • Provide proof of purchase: Please keep the receipt of the purchase with you in order to process any return. This proof of purchase will be required when returning the parts. We will verify the receipts and process the return accordingly.
  • Restocking charges: Please note that a restocking fee will be charged if the product return is due to order cancellation, or any reason other than damage to the product. Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. Understanding these charges beforehand can help you make informed decisions.

Return Guidelines:

  • Ensure parts are unused and undamaged: Returning the parts in unused and undamaged condition is required in order to process any returns. Avoid installing or using the parts if you intend to return them. Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations may impact our ability to accept the return.
  • Include all components: If the parts were sold as a set or included multiple components, make sure to return all the components. This will ensure that we receive the complete product and avoid any discrepancies or complications during the return process.
  • Return requests made after 60 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

Refund Request
To start a return, please contact us at info@vescaa.com.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vescaa.com.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and care products (such as chemical solutions). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
