Our website currently accepts orders shipping to Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact our team info@vescaa.com. We will assist you with your purchases and provide a shipping estimate.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight and shipping address. 

2026 U.S. Tariffs

Due to the current U.S. tariffs, we now use shipping routes with pre-paid import fees through FedEx and other carriers, to ensure our customers do not worry about additional fees or charges upon delivery. This applies to all Vescaa branded items. Please review before checking out. 

Canadian buyers

Our head office is located in Montreal, Canada. All orders ship from our Montreal warehouse or, for made‑to‑order items, directly from our overseas factory (production timelines are listed on each product page). Vescaa covers all import fees, ensuring a smooth delivery with no unexpected charges.

If you’ve requested items that are not listed on our website, please speak directly with your specialist to understand how the associated charges will apply. 

International shipping and import fees

For international orders, please contact our team at info@vescaa.com. We’ll assist with your purchase and provide a shipping estimate. Import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Package Delivery Time

In-stock Items	Ships out within 1-3 business days.
Lead time for Out-of-Stock or Made-to-Order items	Each product is made to order and ships after its listed production time. Production time is displayed on every product page—please review before checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time	Shipping time is highlighted on each product page. It typically takes 5-10 days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. It is the customer's responsibility to review this information before purchasing.
