Our website currently accepts orders shipping to Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact our team. We will assist you with your purchases and provide a shipping estimate.

Return & Order Cancellation Policy

Returns:
  • Authorization Required: Before initiating a return, please contact customer service to obtain a return authorization.
  • Unused & Undamaged Parts: Returned parts must be in unused and undamaged condition to be eligible for a refund. Avoid installing or using the parts if you plan to return them, as any signs of wear, damage, or alterations may impact our ability to accept the return.
  • Complete Returns: If the parts were sold as a set or included multiple components, all components must be returned to ensure proper processing and avoid any discrepancies.
  • Restocking Fees: If a return is due to order cancellation or any reason other than product damage, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. Understanding these charges can help you make informed decisions.
  • Return Window: Return requests made after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Order cancellations:
  • Processing Fees: Customers are responsible for payment processing fees, calculated at 3% of the order total, including shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: If you cancel an order after production has begun or after the item has been shipped, a 10% restocking fee will apply and will be automatically deducted from your refund.

We recommend reviewing these policies carefully to avoid unexpected charges.

Damages & Issues 

If you receive an item damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include pictures or videos so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

Refund Request

To start a return, cancel an order or notify of damage, please contact us at info@vescaa.com.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vescaa.com.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and care products (such as chemical solutions). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
